What is the Executive Coaching Program?

The Executive Coaching Program is a structured, yet versatile, business advisory program designed to give small to mid sized companies an affordable way to receive high quality, expert advice on specific issues challenging their operation.

Business leaders participating in this program will receive unlimited phone support, as well as a specific number of Coaching hours designed to identify and overcome business obstacles. Together, the business owner and the advisor will identify areas within the business that need improvement and develop a strategy for success.

Our Coaching Program is Different.

Most coaching programs are generically designed to address general needs of small to mid sized businesses. Many times the coaching session is provided in a group setting or over the telephone in a teleconference format. Our program is different. You will be assigned a Personal Advisor who will come directly to youroffice, sit down with you, the business owner, and discuss your needs and goals. Together a success plan is developed based upon these goals. With our program, your Personal Advisor is always focused exclusively on you and your company, and not a group of companies.

How Much Does the Program Cost?

Surprisingly, our company has found that business owners who are determined, and have a desire to be successful, can gain enormous benefit from this program, with a very small investment. The initial investment is $625.00 per month, with a 3-month minimum, and provides for an option to renew. The program includes the following:

1. Your own Personal Advisor
2. Unlimited Free Phone Support
3. Two hours during the first week of each month of hands on strategic planning, coaching, and analysis to identify direction and the goals for success.
4. Up to 1 hour during each additional week (total of 5 hours per month) to measure progress, revise goals, re-evaluate objectives, and offer accountability to the business owner.
