What is the eMentoring Program?
eMentoring is a program designed for business owners who find scheduling a structured or more formal coaching program difficult. Due to time pressures, it can be nearly impossible to set aside enough time to benefit from a more traditional approach to consulting.
Yet, many owners would like to have the benefit of a mentor, someone they can talk openly to, bounce ideas off of and hold them accountable, In short, someone they can trust to help them achieve their goals and dreams.
With the eMentoring program, an experienced executive can be as close as your keyboard or telephone. There are no formalized schedules or time requirements placed upon you as a business owner. The best part ofeMentoring is that you can be anywhere in the US and get the same benefits as someone eMentoring from the Dallas, Texas area.
How Does eMentoring Work?
How Much Does eMentoring Cost?
The actual cost for this form of mentoring program can vary depending upon the requirement of the business owner, how often mentoring sessions are scheduled, time spent on the focused session, etc.
The Basic Program Consists of:
- Up to two hours per month of phone conversations
- Up to two hours per month of focused interaction, generally via Instant Messenger or Email
The cost for this basic package is $300 per month with no minimum monthly agreements. Additional focus sessions would be $100 per hour or $75.00 per hour in blocks of 2 hours.
